Shipping policy

At Insincerely Not Yours, some items may be available for preorder due to limited production and exclusive drops.

Preorders

Preorder items are made to order and require production time.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for production of preorder items.

Once production is complete, please allow an additional 5–7 days for the inventory to arrive to us before your order is prepared and shipped out to you.

Shipping

After preorder items arrive to us, orders will be carefully packaged and shipped out in the order they were received.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Important Notes

• If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your order will ship once all items are available.
• Preorder timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on production or shipping delays.
• By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the preorder processing timeframe.
